The head of state conducted a visit to address national troops in the Donetsk region on Tuesday. He stated that he engaged with warriors at the operational headquarters of the 1st Corps of the Ukrainian National Guard Azov, which is conducting a defensive operation in the Dobropillya zone, a location approximately a short distance from Pokrovsk.

Volatile Situation in the Region

Geospatial data from a national effort showed that invading troops had pushed further into the city and surrounding areas, though much of it was not fully held by either side. The conditions are severe, with reports indicating that invading units were establishing defenses and enhancing fortifications in some districts.

Russian forces continue to advance in the Pokrovsk direction and are reportedly acting with enhanced confidence within Pokrovsk itself.

Research institutes commented that defense units had recaptured substantial territory of a Russian penetration in the Dobropillya direction, on the eastern edge of the Pokrovsk effort.

Kyiv's Aerial Attacks Deep Inside Russian Territory

Ukrainian long-range drones attacked an industrial plant approximately 1,300km inside Russia at Sterlitamak. Local officials confirmed a blast at the Sterlitamak facility that led to the partial collapse to partially collapse, adding that the cause of the explosion was unconfirmed. The armed forces leadership stated there was extensive harm to the plant.

Zelenskyy appealed to Washington to continue considering to supplying Kyiv with long-range weapons. The European nation plans to raise its military aid to the nation by three billion euros next year to about 11.5 billion euros, the finance ministry in the German government said on Tuesday.
